Magazine Feature: Wicked & Whimsy
For those of you who aren't entirely au fait with the Japanese fashion scene - The Tea Party Club is a large society for fans of elegant Japanese fashion, modelled on Victorian aristocracy.
Their annual event brings fans of the fashion together (from all over the world) and is a lavish affair held at The Institute of Directors in Pall Mall. After shooting last year's event, I was asked back again for 2016's 'Wicked & Whimsy' event, complete with fashion catwalks and the chance to shop til you drop for beautiful accessories and clothing.
Each year's event brings with it a new theme, and this year's theme 'Wicked & Whimsy' celebrated the two aesthetics of the style, from gothic to pastel coloured. I covered the event in my monthly Fashion Watch section in MCM Comic Con's MyM Magazine, with a range of images and an interview with the organisers.
