Harpist Shoot in Greenwich Park with Julia Mascetti
I've had some wonderful opportunities recently to work some seriously creative people and this shoot was no exception. Julia is a British harpist currently living in Tokyo so we had a small window to plan and produce this shoot whilst she was over on holiday from Japan. Julia's second EP will be released in November, so these images were shot with this in mind. As her last shoot was a little more gothic Julia wanted something outdoors in a natural environment so we opted for Greenwich Park. The bandstand seemed a fitting location to kick things off, with its musical connotations. As it was Sunday morning we were joined by some runners, small children and general spectators - mainly to gaze at Julia's beautiful 6 foot harp glistening in the sun!
After finishing up at the bandstand, the weather was so glorious that we decided to move around the park finding other interesting locations to take photos.
If you're a creative looking for a beautiful and natural portrait shoot then do get in touch and we can discuss some ideas. All my images are carefully retouched as well - so you can avoid that plastic look...
We were also joined by musician Megan (who I photographed for a solo shoot back in April) which was a nice bonus!
